Frank Wiley Field is located two miles north of Miles City on municipal property. A joint City/County Airport Commission operates the facility. Fueling, mechanics, hangar rental and other general aviation services are available at the terminal. The airport features two runways over 5,600' long, 100' wide and rated at 38,000 lbs. for single-wheel gear. VFR/IFR navigational aids and lighting are in place.

Commercial air service is available by the Essential Air Service program through Great Lakes Aviation of Cheyenne, WY.
